Refunds

All sales are final, with one exception.

Everything sold on hwic.dev is digital and delivered the moment you pay. Because of that there are no cancellations and no refunds once a purchase has been used. The one exception is below.

The lifetime key

  • The key is shown the moment you pay. By paying you ask for immediate delivery and agree that the 14-day right to cancel (EU/UK consumers) ends once it is delivered — this is what the checkbox at checkout says.
  • All sales are final. A key counts as used the first time bitchos is launched with it, which binds it to an IP address. A used key cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • The one exception: a key that was never used — never bound to any IP address — is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of purchase. We check the key's records; a key with no network bound to it qualifies.
  • Not refundable: a key that has been bound to an IP, changing your mind, a ban or punishment on a server, a key you shared or lost, or a setup we told you was unsupported before you bought.
  • If you are a consumer with statutory rights (for example under EU, UK or Australian law) that go further than this, those rights apply.

Extra IP slots (monthly)

  • A paid month is final. It is not refunded and cannot be cancelled early; the slots stay until the month ends.
  • You can stop future renewals from your key page (it opens Stripe's billing portal). Nothing more is charged after the current month, and the least-recently-used network is dropped when it ends.
  • The one exception: a duplicate or mistaken charge, or a first month in which the extra slot was never used (no network was ever bound to it), is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days.

How to ask

Contact discord.gg/fkdr with your Stripe receipt (or the email you paid with) and the last four characters of the key. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually show within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. A refunded key is revoked. Please ask us before opening a dispute with your bank — a chargeback revokes the key and takes far longer than a message.

Free things

Keys from a Discord boost, the Minecraft server, the movie theatre and the Discord itself are free. There is nothing to refund and nothing owed if they change or go away.
