The deal, in plain words.

The licence

• A purchased key is a personal, non-transferable licence to use bitchos for as long as the project exists. “Lifetime” means the life of the project; there is no renewal fee.
• The key works from the network it is used on. Each key includes one IP slot; you manage your addresses on your key page, and extra slots can be added as a monthly subscription.
• Do not share, sell, lend or give away a key, resell access, or try to bypass the licence check. Doing so is grounds to revoke the key without refund.
• Updates are delivered as they are released. We aim to keep bitchos working with current Minecraft and Lunar Client versions but cannot promise it works with every version, launcher or setup, or that any feature stays forever.
• A key from a Discord boost is a courtesy, lasts as long as the boost, and is not a purchase.

Buying

• Payments are taken by Stripe on Stripe's pages. The price and currency are shown before you pay; any tax that applies is shown at checkout.
• The key is delivered on screen the moment the payment clears and can be reopened from the confirmation link on your receipt. Keep the receipt: it is your proof of purchase.
• Because delivery is immediate, by paying you ask for immediate delivery and agree that the 14-day right to cancel (EU/UK consumers) ends once the key is delivered. All sales are final: a key that has been used (bound to an IP address) is not cancelled or refunded; the only refund is for a key that was never used, as set out in the refund policy.
• Extra IP slots are a monthly subscription billed by Stripe. A paid month is final; you can stop future renewals from your key page and the slots stay until the paid month ends.
• A chargeback on a paid key revokes the key.

Using bitchos, honestly

bitchos is a client-side utility mod for playing on Hypixel and other servers. Every server has its own rules about mods, and Minecraft itself has usage guidelines; you are responsible for checking them and for what happens to your account. If a server bans a feature, do not use it there — a ban, mute or lost account is yours, not ours, and is not a reason for a refund. Do not use bitchos to harass, cheat, exploit or harm other players or any server.

The server and the Discord

The Minecraft server, the movie theatre and the Discord are free and run for fun. Follow their rules, be decent to people, and do not upload or play anything you have no right to. We may kick, mute, ban or take anything offline at any time, for any reason, with no notice and nothing owed.

Age

You must be at least 13 to use this site and the Discord. If you are under 18, buy only with a parent or guardian's permission — they are agreeing to these terms on your behalf. See the privacy page for what is kept about you.

No promises, within reason

bitchos, the site, the server and the Discord are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost accounts, lost data or anything a third party (Mojang, Hypixel, Lunar, Discord, Stripe) does, and our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the last twelve months. Nothing here removes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived — where those apply, they win.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date below changes when we do, and continued use after that means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without taking away protections you have under the law of where you live. If a part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
